• Please note an order can only be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 7 days, no cancellation request will be entertained.
• We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
• To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must write to us at customercare@zenastia.com. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91 87999 67479 from Monday-Friday between 10am – 6pm. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us.
