Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24hours of placing the order. 5% off fee will be deducted as payment gateway charges in case of cancellation of order before dispatch. Once the order is processed/dispatch, no cancellation request will be entertained.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed by designer.
To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must write to us at support@zenastia.com. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91 9284058920 from Monday-Friday between 10am – 6pm. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
