Shipping Information
We deliver in India & globally across all countries . Shipping is done from the vendor side directly to the customer address. In India Product will ship within 5-7 working days from date of order & post that it will reach in 3-4 working days. For International orders shipment will be delivered within 2-4 weeks subject to courier company norms & it will dispatch within 5-7 working days.
ZENASTIA is not responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier company.
For International orders there is no return & exchange. For domestic orders Return & exchange policy is different for each product, please refer each product for information.

Important Information
Order shipping information on products is as per guidelines given by our vendors, Zenastia do not take into account possible delays caused by the Vendor side. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within a time mentioned on the product page. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
When Do We Deliver
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days from date of order. Some customized products can take more than 10 days to ship. All orders shipped in India will be through registered domestic courier companies only & for international orders we dispatch via shipmozo courier partner.
We offer free shipping across all destinations in India on prepaid order & shipping charges applicable for COD orders. ZENASTIA is not responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier company. For International orders shipping charges vary as per country. Please add the product in cart and check for Shipping cost as per country

Shipping Restriction
Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
Taxes
For Domestic customers:
Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes as per government norms.
For International customers:
Most countries are shipped to on DDU (Delivery Duty Basis) which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Split COD Payment Policy
At Zenastia, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and secure as possible. To offer flexibility and ensure responsible order handling, we’ve introduced a Split COD (Cash on Delivery) option for select orders.
With Split COD, customers are required to make a 20% upfront payment at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery. This system helps us manage high-quality service standards while covering essential costs such as packaging, advertising, logistics, and return-to-origin (RTO) risks.
Please note:
As the 20% advance is used to process, reserve, and dispatch your order, this amount is non-refundable in the event the order is declined or not accepted at the time of COD delivery.
