Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Zenastia purchases and also that you can navigate through any return procedures with ease! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Here’s a quick overview of our return and exchange policy:
- At Zenastia, we only provide options for returns on selected Designers (as for each designer, policy is different- Please check return & exchange policy mentioned under each product), as these are highly crafted and quality-checked products. Return will be accepted if request is made within 48hours after delivery on our email id support@zenastia.com or WhatsApp -9824058920. However, we do allow a size exchange option for all vendors if the request is made within 5 days for all Designers post Delivery.
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item passes our quality check (QC) at the warehouse.
Please note, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics and handling charges. - Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
- All exchange requests must be initiated by you within 5 days of delivery by us. No requests made after this timeframe will be accommodated.
- For international shipping, no returns & no exchanges.
- You need to send back the products to Zenastia within 7 working days after they are delivered. For international shipping, no returns & no exchanges.
- To request a return or exchange, check the return policy listed on the product page. Each product has its own policy, so make sure to review it carefully before proceeding. For international shipping, no returns & no exchanges
- To exchange an item, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Make sure the product is in its original packaging and still has the original tag attached.
- Please ensure that you include all original brand packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, when returning your item.
- We provide our customers with a free first exchange of the product. After that, if you need to exchange or return the product, there will be a charge for the courier service.
- We’ll only consider exchanging products if they’re unused, still have all the tags attached, haven’t been washed, don’t have any smells like perfume or deodorant on them, and are in a condition that can be sold. If products are damaged or dirty, we might not accept them and could send them back to you. Please let our customer care team know right away if any products are delivered without tags.
- We can only exchange items, even for size changes, if we have them available and confirm them with you.
- Accessories like jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, and belts, as well as items such as briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled by you. Any other product labelled as non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable when you bought it will also not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- You can cancel your order only before we ship it from our warehouse.
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or missing package/product, please email us with images within 24 hours of delivery. We will not consider any requests made after this time.
Split COD Payment Policy
At Zenastia, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and secure as possible. To offer flexibility and ensure responsible order handling, we’ve introduced a Split COD (Cash on Delivery) option for select orders.
With Split COD, customers are required to make a 20% upfront payment at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery. This system helps us manage high-quality service standards while covering essential costs such as packaging, advertising, logistics, and return-to-origin (RTO) risks.
Please note:
As the 20% advance is used to process, reserve, and dispatch your order, this amount is non-refundable in the event the order is declined or not accepted at the time of COD delivery.
