Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please raise a return request within this timeframe.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, with all tags intact, unworn, unused, and undamaged.

Please note that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued only after a quality check (QC) is completed at our warehouse. Once the item passes QC, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

If you face a sizing issue, we provide an exchange option. The exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Kindly ensure the item is unused and in its original condition for a smooth exchange process.
